INFLAMMATION AND AGING
The genetic effects of aging are now known
to begin for most people around sixty years of age. Any aging that occurs before
that magic number is the result of your environment and lifestyle choices. The
causes of environmental aging include such varied results from over exposure to
the sun, your diet and lifestyle choices.
Visible results of inflammation, like a sunburn, means that layers of skin have

when sugar and fat interact with each other in cells. The damage from the
“browning” of the cells gives an idea of the effects these types of foods can
have on our body.
Repeated inflammation can cause cells to prematurely die and reduce the amount
of cells that can be replicated in our bodies. Greatly reducing sugars,
carbohydrates and fats from our diet can greatly reduce inflammation in our
cells and dramatically slow the effects of the environmental aging.
Unfortunately, your skin is also damaged caused by the effects of inflammation.
